I am a Clinical Psychologist & Neuropsychologist with over 20 years’ experience in academic and clinical neuropsychology. I specialise in neuropsychological assessment and neuropsychological rehabilitation.
I work with adults who have experienced an acquired brain injury (i.e. traumatic brain injury, stroke, tumour or infection). I offer assessment and treatment for the cognitive and emotional difficulties which can result from these injuries, for example:
· changes in memory, concentration or thinking skills,
· feeling low, anxious, irritable or angry
· finding it difficult to adjust back to family or work life
I currently hold an NHS position as Principal Clinical Neuropsychologist and Clinical Lead for the RNRU Outreach Team, a specialist community neurorehabilitation team based at the Homerton Hospital in London. I also offer a small number of private appointments. My private appointments are mainly in South West London and Surrey, although I can occasionally see clients outside these areas.
I specialise in working with case managers and as part of interdisciplinary teams. With contacts in neurology, neuropsychiatry, physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech and language therapy. I can advise on and arrange interdisciplinary treatment plans if necessary.
